Both types can also be combined effectively so as to achieve the optimum ratio of shareholders equity and own equity, for example. In addition to open participation in the shape of shares in a limited company, limited partnership interest or share capital, the individual mezzanine form of financing (e.g. convertibles) has been gaining increasing ground recently. We also offer you this form of equity so as to help you gain commercial freedom and to provide you with the security of a comfortable equity base.
